PetPass is a new Toronto company built around a simple observation: organizations want memorable animal experiences, while experienced animal providers often have the animals and the event expertise but don't want to handle client acquisition, corporate sales and booking coordination.
PetPass bridges that gap. We look after the client experience — planning, communication, scheduling, supplier coordination and logistics — while responsible animal partners provide and supervise the animals. PetPass stays the client's primary point of contact from the first message through to invoicing.

The team behind it brings hands-on experience running service operations — managing client relationships, scheduling, teams and on-site logistics — and PetPass applies that same discipline to animal experiences. We're backed by experienced operations support, and we're upfront about what is and isn't confirmed for any event.
